because in a few years, Rosslyn may look like a completely different place. Think 1970s Clarendon. Think 1980s Ballston. There are big development plans afoot for this close-in Arlington neighborhood. Think of what it could be!
Rossyln is very popular as a place to live because it is spitting distance to Washington DC. Georgetown is just across the bridge. However, the kind of neighborhood feel that many people seek is just sort of lacking here. That of, can change, and probably will.
In the meantime, there are some pretty terrific new condo buildings going up, and wow, if you are looking for a beautiful view of the city you can spend some big bucks, live in an absolutely gorgeous townhouse, and throw one heck of a 4th of July party. You wouldn’t have to mess with taking the metro downtown, though of course you could because the stop is right there.
